01 Assess
I get to know your organization: where you are, what you're trying to achieve, your critical deadlines, and the gaps or oversights holding you back.
02 Build your plan
Together we create a bespoke cash flow plan and budget across every part of the organization (programs, admin, fundraising). The process itself is a discovery: it helps your team see the whole picture.
02 Chart the path
I reflect back what the numbers show and we map the options: where to shift, what to prioritize, which revenue to lift, and whether it all lands before the runway ends.
